Waxing Do's and Don'ts

Do:

Need ¼ to ½ inch long for waxing to be effective.
Stop shaving 14 days prior to waxing.
Release, but do not remove ingrown 4 to 5 days before service.
Gently exfoliate the areas 24-48 hours before the service.
Avoid exposure to the UV violet rays and/or sun.
Use Finipil afterwards.
Taking an aspirin can help prior to minimize any pain.

Do Not:

Take HOT showers the remainder of the day.
Apply makeup, perfume products, or (tanning) lotions.
Exfoliate the waxed area for the next 24-48 hours.

Indulge Spa Membership Agreement – Terms & Policies By purchasing an Indulge Spa Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agre e to the following terms and conditions:

Appointment Policy

• Appointments are subject to availability and advance booking is recommended.

• Members are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in, consultation updates, and to ensure services begin on time.

• Arriving late may result in a shortened service to avoid delaying the next guest. The full value of the scheduled service will still apply.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice ("no-shows") will result in the forfeiture of that month's membership service or may be subject to the applicable late cancellation/no-show fee in accordance with Indulge Spa's current policies.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in additional restrictions on membership booking privileges.

Membership Use

• Membership services are intended for one member only.

• As a membership benefit, one (1) monthly massage may be shared with another guest once during each 12-month membership term.

• Membership services have no cash value, are non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.

• Unused monthly services may roll over for up to three (3) months from the date they are issued. Services not used within the rollover period will expire.

Upgrades & Additional Services

• Members may upgrade to another service or add enhancements by paying the applicable upgrade or enhancement fee at the time of service.

• Membership pricing applies only to the included service and does not include gratuity.

Billing & Renewal

• Membership dues will be automatically charged each month to the payment method on file.

• The initial membership term is 12 months and may not be canceled before the end of the initial commitment except as required by applicable law.

• Following the initial 12-month term, the membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless a cancellation request is received prior to the next scheduled billing date.

• Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file.

General Policies
